A Japanese manufacturing company finds manual visual inspections of paint defects in their production line to be subjective and inconsistent. 

Solution

Exist developed a custom-trained computer vision model that helps detect paint defects/ anomalies in real-time, enhancing staff capability. The AI solution runs directly on iPhone devices and provides visual guidance, but can also be used offline.
